Piper graduated from the University of Alberta in 2018 and has worked in a variety of practice areas since then. After an internship placement with the Calgary Eating Disorders Program, she recognized the substantial harm of diet culture on so many and discovered the importance of a weight-inclusive approach in helping her clients.

Piper utilizes intuitive eating and HAES principles to compassionately support those in recovery from disordered eating or chronic dieting. She believes that learning to live at peace with food and our bodies is when we can truly be our most authentic selves.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time hiking, trying new ice cream flavours and listening to podcasts. Staying connected with friends and family over game nights is regularly a highlight of her week.
