Erin is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor with over ten years of eating disorder experience. She specializes in helping clients recover from eating disorders, develop healthier relationships with food and their bodies and is trained in teaching the principles of intuitive eating.

As a HAES®-aligned, weight-neutral practitioner, Erin supports clients in building a positive body image and self-worth that extends beyond weight, helping them find freedom from daily food struggles and body dissatisfaction. She also works with parents and caregivers, coaching and supporting them as they navigate eating disorders with their loved ones.

Erin also has a master’s degree in counselling psychology and works with adults, adolescents, children, parents, and caregivers experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. She is committed to understanding each person’s unique experience and tailoring interventions that fit their individual needs and goals.

Her approach is collaborative and client-centered, blending mindfulness-based therapy, emotion-focused therapy, person-centered and solution-focused approaches, and elements of DBT. Erin prioritizes culturally sensitive, gender and neurodivergent-affirming care and strives to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Marianne is a caring and compassionate Registered Provisional Psychologist based in Edmonton, Alberta. She has a Master of Science and a Master of Counselling Psychology. Marianne enhances her clinical practice through current research knowledge and continued training in evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

She offers her clients a safe and warm therapeutic environment while engaging them through a collaborative, client-centered approach that helps address their unique and specific needs. She works from a holistic stance integrating the psychological, social, cultural, biological, and spiritual aspects of her clients’ narratives. Her practice draws from attachment theory and polyvagal theory with a strong interest sparked by her support for individuals with trauma histories. Zita has a mission to help clients embrace embodiment as a powerful act of resilience, reclamation, and radical self-acceptance. She believes that dignity, body autonomy, and social belonging are inherent human rights that should be extended to all, regardless of their gender, sexuality, race, size, age, or physical/cognitive ability.

Heavily informed by her background in sociology and biological sciences, Zita operates from a weight-neutral, body-affirming lens and brings a deep commitment to fostering equity and justice in healthcare. A proudly Trans-Agender/Autistic-ADHD practitioner, Zita is particularly interested in the intersections of gender dysphoria and neurodivergence, and how these collide with our experiences of nourishment, embodiment, and self-identity.

Dr. Stillar specializes in working with eating disorders across the lifespan. She aims to help clients achieve life long recovery through addressing the underlying issues of their symptoms while also helping them gain insight into their struggles and develop alternative healthy coping strategies.

Dr. Stillar works from a client centred perspective, which means that she values that her client’s are the experts of their own lives. She works collaboratively with clients to find a treatment approach that fits for them. She often uses Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, Dialectical-Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy.

Darien is also passionate about working with parents and caregivers who are supporting their loved ones through recovery.

Darien understands the profound impact eating disorders can have on individuals and their families. She believes in the possibility of recovery and is passionate about empowering clients to restore balance and cultivate a positive relationship with food and their bodies.
