Rachelle is a Registered Dietitian with over ten years of experience working in a dedicated eating disorder clinic. She is adamantly against diet culture - bodies are meant to come in all shapes and sizes! - and is passionate about helping clients develop a healthier relationship with food and their bodies.

Since how and what we eat is personal and influenced by many factors, Rachelle does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. She strives to create an environment that is non-judgmental, open-minded, and compassionate where clients feel safe and supported. She empowers clients to take an active role in their recovery and respects the need to go at their own pace, while providing guidance and support along the way.

Rachelle works with people of all ages with an eating disorder or disordered eating, and their families.
